Serlby Park Academy

Serlby Park became an academy on 1st September 2011 sponsored by School Partnership Trust Academies, now Delta Academies Trust (DAT). In March 2018 the academy received an OFSTED Section 8 Inspection where the inspectors recognised that the academy continues to be Good. The current Principal was appointed in September 2016 having previously worked at the academy as Vice Principal.

The Academy is a 3-18 academy which has a smaller than average Secondary Phase and has in recent years been affected by a reduction in birth rate in the area. However, numbers are beginning to rise again with larger than expected mobility into the school in all years from within and outside the catchment area. The Academy has worked to transform its 6th Form provision by working in partnership with four other DAT academies in the Doncaster area.
