Willoughby Road Primary Academy

Willoughby Road Primary Academy have 379 pupils on roll, including 42 in the nursery.

In terms of deprivation, the academy is in the top 20% in the country with 89% of pupils living in the 10% most deprived homes. Pupil movement is low, therefore our pupil population is very stable compared with the national picture.

10% of our pupils are from ethnic minority backgrounds compared to 32% nationally with 7.2% of pupils having English as an additional language – the national figure is 20%. The number of pupils eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant is over twice the national figure at 54.3%.
